Room was clean and quiet. Front desk man was very kind.
Our room, a non smoking room, smelled like smoke. The person working immedetly visited the room. It was discovered the person next to the room was smoking. The emoyee put an ozone machine in the room. After an hour... the smell was gone. I was impressed action was taken immedetly.
My 2nd time staying. It was just what I needed. A hot shower,clean room and a nice bed. I missed the little breakfast but it was worth the money. The guy at the front desk is always accommodating and helpful
The house keeper r nice clean the rooms here good the man Suresh and his wife neena r nice and clean the from vere good only this is u can't have hold on visitors. That's the only thing the front desk there nice they served breakfast, you're only allowed to have one cup of orange juice or one cup of Apple juice. I don't like that overall, they're good.
Super hotel, at a Super rate. Rooms are updated and clean. Within blocks of downtown business, restaurants, shopping and outdoor festivals. Simple breakfast with enough variety for everyone to find something to eat. Sufficient parking for all the outdoor courtyard facing rooms. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay when on business to downtown Belleville.
I rented this room for homeless couple and was hoping to get some kind courtesy because of the person be a veteran. Where do I find $600 for a rundown Hotel extreme for a week. But was glad to be able to help the family have a place to stay and was pleased that there was a opening to put them in
I've stayed here numerous times and have always had a very good experience with the staff. I had a work issue arrise and needed to leave sooner than I had booked and was promptly refunded my money without issue. The rooms are always clean and free of bugs. They're a little older but clean and comfortable.
Super clean and updated rooms!! We also were able to easily walk to downtown. The bed was comfy and the bathroom looked brand new and was bigger than I originally would have thought it would be. We will be staying here again!
